A stunning residential development overlooking Chelsea Harbour in South West London. The GRC column and spandrel panels enhance the key sight lines of the building. The curves of the building façade are developed using both faceted and curved GRC spandrel panels and due to the position of the backing structure the fixings for each individual GRC column are unique. The 600m² of GRC spandrel panels were designed to be fixed using only 14 different types of fixing to suit the varying cavities and curves.
